Who’s Cooking on this Blog?

Do it for the food.

(Disclaimer: I’m not the one working it on that wok up there)

I’m Phyllis and I love to eat what I cook and cook what I eat, and I’m always out of time.

So, the recipes on my blog are foods that I’ve succeeded in making in fifteen minutes or less using minimal ingredients. Easy, right? I hope so.

To quote my mother on my cooking skills: “PHYLLIS, THE POT IS ON FIRE!”

Other than that:

  • I’m an English and Professional Writing Major at the University of Toronto Mississauga
  • My favourite foods include sushi, Chinese fritters wrapped in pastry, and Beef Fried Rice Noodles
  • I’ve eaten crocodile meat before
  • I hate eggplants and olives

I hope you enjoy making and trying out these recipes as much as I did!
