Do it for the food.

I’m Phyllis and I love to eat what I cook and cook what I eat, and I’m always out of time.
So, the recipes on my blog are foods that I’ve succeeded in making in fifteen minutes or less using minimal ingredients. Easy, right? I hope so.
To quote my mother on my cooking skills: “PHYLLIS, THE POT IS ON FIRE!”
Other than that:
- I’m an English and Professional Writing Major at the University of Toronto Mississauga
- My favourite foods include sushi, Chinese fritters wrapped in pastry, and Beef Fried Rice Noodles
- I’ve eaten crocodile meat before
- I hate eggplants and olives
