Whoa, a Salad?
For some reason, a lot of people I know don’t really appreciate salads, which makes me a little sad- I’m a huge fan of salads! It’s a simple but tasty meal made out of shredded leaves, chopped vegetables with dollops of creaming dressing, crunchy croutons and a hint of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top… does anybody else agree with me?
But the fact is, store-brought salad dressings are full of unhealthy preservatives, which a lot of people dislike. Luckily, I recently obtained a recipe for a healthy homemade salad dressing that uses only three natural ingredients (which cuts out a lot of bad stuff) and introduced me to the vegetable that is Kale.
